Default Dialog bolx opens behind Word 2002

Hi -

I'm having a problem with dialog boxes opening behind the Word 2002 program.
This causes Word to become the inactive window and causes it to flash in the
task bar. This is in a Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 environment running on
Windows 2003 Server. Does anyone have any idea how to correct this? Can't
find much info on the net about it. Thanks in advance

See "The Word title bar flashes or the Word program becomes unresponsive
when Word is running" at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=812075
