For some reason or other when ever I go to Page Set Up and try to bring up
the columns on Word ihey do not appear on the page. Have tried just pressing for three or going to the scroll where you have a choice of many columns. Would appreciate your advice as how to resolve the problem. Many thanks Sr. Christina |

Note that column formatting is not shown in all views. For example, in
Normal (Draft) view and Web Layout view you cannot see it. You need to switch to Print Layout view. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Christina" wrote in message ...
