I am using a merge field and works fine, unless there is no data and then it
prints the actual merge field out (example: mergefield). How do I get it not to print this? Any ideas? Thanks |

Are you actually executing the merge? Seems like you may just be printing
the mailmerge main document itself. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
