I was making a mail merge list, when I clicked on something? and now i have
little circles in each cell. What did I do? and how can i get rid of them. thanks |

These sound like the "end-of-cell" markers that you can probably switch off
using the Show-hide button in the standard windows toolbar, or via Tools|Options|View|Formatting marks|All (in Word 2003, XP - may be different in earlier/later versions) -- Peter Jamieson http://tips.pjmsn.me.uk "lynn" wrote in message ...
