Selecting formatted text
Is there a way to ask Word 2003 to automatically select all the text that is
formatted in a specific manner. For example: all text that is underlined or bold etc. |

Selecting formatted text
Yes. Ctrl+F to bring up the Find dialog. Check "Highlight all items found."
Press Ctrl+U or Ctrl+B to apply the Underline or Bold format to the (empty) Find What box (for a more varied choice of formatting, click More to expand the dialog and Format to select). Find All. If you have "Keep track of formatting" checked on the Edit tab of Tools | Options, you can use Select All in the Styles and Formatting task pane. -- Suzanne S.
