My margins and tabs do not stay when I press return
I didn't have a problem until I start on 2003 if I am typing something that
needs the same format all the way down the page I can't seem to make it stay as soon as I press the return button the margins and indents just go back to beginning again. |

There are (at least) two possible reasons for this:
1. If you have either or both of the WordPerfect options checked on the General tab of Tools | Options, you get WP behavior in this regard. 2. If the "Style for following paragraph" of the style you're using is a different style, then you get the formatting of that following style. This will be true for all of Word's built-in heading styles, whose following style, by default, is Normal. -- Suzanne S. Glad I could help. It's not so much the mystery of *why* the WP options have
that effect that's bothering; it's the mystery of how those options get checked! -- Suzanne S.
