Default How do i unlock my document, because i cannot type?

Well, Jay gave you two possible reasons:

1. Word hasn't been activated, or
2. It's a trial version that has expired.

If it's Word 2007, (2) is much more likely.

I've tried your suggestions and didn't work. Is there anything else I
could
try?

Thank you

Unless you are using an expired trial version, first check that you have
activated the product. If Word (Office) is correctly activated, then see
