Select text from multiple boxes
I have imported some text into a word doc from PDF. These have come across
into text boxes. How do I select the text from the boxes to paste onto the doc outside of the text box? I have 36 pages on 3 docs with hundreds of boxes - Can I do multiple boxes at once? |

Select text from multiple boxes
First make sure they're actually text boxes. When you select one, does it
have round white handles or square black ones? If the latter, then you're dealing with frames, and just selecting the lot and pressing Ctrl+Q will likely remove it. If they're text boxes, you can convert them to frames and then remove them. Double-click the border of one to open the Format Text Box dialog. On the Text Box tab, click "Convert to Frame..." and click OK in the ensuing dialog. Then select the next text box and press F4 (Repeat). Continue for the rest (this will go quicker than you think), then Select All and Ctrl+Q. -- Suzanne S.
