Printing individual pages from a mailmerged letter document
How do you go about printing a single or a selected few pages from a
mailmerged letter document of several records? Everytime I try to print just one letter or a select number of them, word will not let me - it wants to print every letter every time. Is there something I'm doing wrong or a fix for this? I'm merging from a database rather than speadsheet if that makes a difference. Cheers. |

If by individual pages, you mean the letter created from individual records
in the data source, each of those letters is in a separate Section in the documnent. As a result, you can print individual ones by specifying the Section number (s#) in the File Print dialog e.g. s1, s3, s5-s8 If the letters themselves have more than one page, you would specify p1s1, p3s1 etc. -- Hope this helps.
