Select StyleRef
By default, a STYLEREF field displays the "current" text paragraph that is
using a certain style (or the paragraph number of such a text paragraph). To control what displays in a particular STYLEREF field, make sure to format the paragraph in a unique style. In this case, you could do this with two styles, and have the STYLEREF fields reference each of those styles. (For more on the STYLEREF field, see also http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/StyleRef.htm.) Alternatively, if you are trying to create a cross-reference, bookmark the text and insert a cross-reference to the text of the bookmark. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Mehrdad" wrote in message ...
