How do you get a picture background to print in Word?
If you select Format/Background/Fill Effects/ and then select the Picture Tab
and insert a picture from a file and then click OK, you will get a picture that repeats across your page that you can put text on. The picture does not print. How do I get it to print? |

Although backgrounds were intended for Web pages and not designed for
printing, you can print them in Word 2003 if you check the appropriate option on the Print tab of Tools | Options. They can't be printed in any previous version. If you want a background that will print, you need to insert a watermark. -- Suzanne S.
