Problem doing Print and Save As...
Hi everyone!
My first posting here... Recently installed Word 2002. Whenever I press Save As or Print, the frame of the window starts blinking widly and no parts of it will respond to mouse clicks. I have to click on the Word indicator on the Task Bar to get the Print dialog box, or the Save As dialog box, to appear. Then I complete it, click enter and the main window works like normal again. Anyone know what gives? Heather |

Thanks Suzanne and Jay. Boy, you guys answer fast! I think maybe Jay's
solution is the right one for my problem, as I've just now noticed the problem is sometimes there, sometimes not. |

Note that if you do have Norton AntiVirus, it's just good policy to disable
the Office Plug-in, as it doesn't add anything and is constantly causing problems (every new Office/Windows update seems to cause a new conflict). -- Suzanne S.
