Printer won't accept custom card size.
I'm trying to print a mail merge on 4.875" X 7" card stock. The printer
indicates a jam rather than picking up paper from the by-pass tray. |

Is it only when you merge that you see the problem?
Which version of Windows and Word? Does it make any difference if you merge to a new document first, and then print? (Sorry, I have a feeling we have seen this before but am not sure there is a simple solution).
