Default Customize keyboard shortcuts in equation editor in Word 2007?

How do I customize keyboard shortcuts in equation editor in Word 2007?
I can no longer use my own keyboard shortcuts.
For example, I want to use CTRL+H for superscript and CTRL+L for subscript
within the equation editor.

Where can I find the default keyboard shortcuts in equation editor?
