how to put vertical heading to left of text
I want to put a vertical heading on the left side of text such as:
T I would like to E know how to put X a vertical heading T to the left of my text. |

Try a table, Karen. Insert a two-column table, and make the left-hand column
skinny, and select it and hit Format--Text Direction (if you want TEXT sideways) or just make it skinny enough to force the word to become vertical. ************ Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "Karen" wrote in message ... You could insert a text box and position it in the margin.
