Go to Tools
Letters and Mailings
Envelopes and Labels
Click on Label tab
On the bottom right click on that square
Choose product number 5386
Click on new document

This screen should show you the template for 3 rotary cards. What I am
trying to do is put all our numbers in our rolodex now into one word
document. Does anyone know how I would do this? Any help would be
appreciated. Thank you.

Maybe a mail merge into that "label" would work.
