Ishare word docs with teammates. One gal called up a word doc many times
before and suddenly today, the pictures show up on the left panel, but the
text in the middle doesn't show up. When I call it up, it comes up
perfectly, with the pictures and text. If she changes the view to print
preview, then it looks right, and sees the text.
I've checked all my views....can't find anything wrong there. why can't she
see the text? It's a cover letter so we all have to use the template word
doc and edit it for the details in the text box......

It sounds like she is printing hidden text but not viewing hidden text, and
you are printing and viewing hidden text?

If the text is in a text box, she will not see it unless (a) she is in Print
Layout view (drawing objects, which include text boxes, are not displayed in
Normal view) and (b) she has "Drawings" checked on the View tab of Tools |
