I am using Word 2000
I have never been able to use the outline feature without getting
frustrated, so I usually do the outline numbering myself. But now I have
been asked to create an outline type document using all numbers - Example.
4.0, 4.1, 4.1.1, 4.1.1.1 etc. I believe there are 6 levels to this
document.
I am not sure of the correct line up for this type of numbering. I
usually
work with only 2 or 3 levels and indent 1/2 inch for each level. But this
is
not looking right to me with all of these numbers. Can anyone point me in
the right direction to see how this type numbering should be lined up?
