In an Office 2003 installation, when I show the Standard and Formatting
toolbars on two lines the setting doesn't stay. When I open another document
new or already existing the setting reverts back to showing the two toolbars
on a single line. Is there any way to lock the toolbars so I don't have to
keep resetting them to show on two lines?
