I'm trying to put a specific symbol as a button on the toolbar - any suggestions? |

first create a new autotext entry with the symbol in it, then go to View,
Toolbars, Customize. In the Customize dialog box, select autotext in the Categiries list and then find your new symbol in the Commands list.
