I am wondering if it would be possible to create a document and instead of
the output being a new document with all of the letters in it, to instead, have the output be an individual PDF of the merged document. (I.e. you do a 20 record mailmerge into a letter. Instead of getting one document with 20 letters in it as output, you receive each letter in an individual PDF file). I am using Word 2007. Thanks! |

Hi marymuse,
If you have the Adobe Acrobat Professional v7 or later Add-in for Word, that allows you to output a mailmerge to individual PDFs. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "marymuse" wrote in message ... Yes, it is possible to create individual PDF files for each record in a mail merge. Here are the steps to do so:
That's it! You should now have a separate PDF file for each record in your mail merge.
