Hello,
Is it possible to gray out parts of a document to evidence where redaction has taken place? Thanks, Ellen |

Depends on what you mean by "redaction" and how do you determine if it did or
did not occur. I suspect that this is something that an editor decides after reviewing and editing the text. The simplest way is then to manually apply shading to the appropriate paragraphs - Select the desired expanse of text, then Format / Borders and Shading / Shading and select a desired background color from the displayed palette. -- Ted "Ellen" wrote: Hello, Is it possible to gray out parts of a document to evidence where redaction has taken place? Thanks, Tony. I'll check it out when the need arises.
