Judging from the use at
http://www.yellowbook.com/CareerOppo...orporate/Iowa/, I would have
guessed that it referred to hours of some type of training. I would have
been wrong, however, because another Google hit indicates "gross keystrokes
per hour." So it's a measure of "typing" speed.
