Text boxes are confined to a single page. If you have content in text in a
text box that need to continue onto another location create a second text box & use the linking tool to link them together. The excess text in the first will flow into the second. BTW - I hope you're not under the impression that *all* text should be in a text box. In a letter the content should just be typed & formatted directly in the doc. Text boxes should be used on a limited basis for special requirements. A textbox can't span a page break. However you can insert another textbox on
page two, and link the two textboxes so the text flows from one to the next. "joey" wrote in message ... on a 2 page letter in the first page i create a text box but the text (at bottom) disappears i want to go further on next page is it possible thnx joey |
