The Alt+Shift+B shortcut doesn't show/hide comments by default in Word 2003.
It un-assigned as in 2007. However in both versions it is possible to assign ALT+SHIFT+B - in 2007 you do this from from the Customize QAT dialog Keyboard Shortcuts - Show Comments is in the All Commands group. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Laura Battarbee wrote: In word 2003 the alt+shift+b shortcut shows/hides comments in a document.
