How do I save the customized address location (From Top and From Left) that I
typed in for a custom envelope size? I want to do this so that I can come
back to it at a later date. I will be addressing hundred of envelopes to
different customers over the next couple of months.

You can't save it within the Envelope dialog. What you can do is set it up
the way you want it and then click the Add To Document button, and save the
resulting document as a template. Then use the template to create envelopes
instead of going back to the dialog. You might even set it up as a mail
merge main document.
