Default how do I remove all Microsoft key shortcuts in Word 2003

How do I remove all the Microsoft key shortcuts at once, rather than working
through them one at a time? I want to define my all own shortcuts, rather
than hitting the wrong key and getting something I don't want happen, as is
often the case at present.
