Default Duplicate information

I am an office manager trying to find a faster way to fill out forms. Is
there a way to make several fields in a document fill in from information
typed only once. For example, I need to type a customer's name and other
demographic information several times. Is there a way to tell it to
automatically fill in without a lot of cutting and pasting?
