Default Trouble with color when printing envelope addresses with XP Office

This problem just recently started for some unknown reason.
When Printing Documents everything is OK. However, when I print the address
on an Envelope it prints it out in red color instead in black color which is
what I want to do. In this situation it always defaults back to the red
color!!!
My printer is a LEXMARK Z515. It used to work A1OK just a few days ago.
My OS is: Microsoft XP Pro, with XP Office Pro. Both registered copies.
Any help to fix this problem is greatly appreciated.
Best Regards

Some users have found that this results from imbalance of inks in the color
printing cartridge. The reason is that some printers apparently use a
composite black (made up of inks in the color cartridge) instead of the true
black cartridge for printing envelopes.

Does the return address appear in red onscreen? If so, check the formatting
of the "Envelope return" style.

If not, try re-installing a new printer driver from Lexmark's site.

Thank you very much Suzanne for your good info. I went and bought a new
LEXMARK color cartridge and installed it. That fixed my problem.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the feedback. I wish I understood why these printers use
composite black for envelopes, though.
