Insert the form fields in a table. With the cursor in the table, click Table
Autofit Fixed Column Width. If you also want to prevent vertical

movement, go to Table Table Properties Row, click Specify height, and
set an Exact measurement. You can turn off the table's borders or set them
to white if you don't want them to show.
