Is it possible to insert a logo into a form field protected file? I am using Word 2003. You can't insert it into the document while it's protected. You'd have to unprotect the document, insert the logo, and then reprotect the document. This is usually done by writing a macro to perform the whole sequence, so the document can't be edited by the user while it's temporarily unprotected. The macro needs to know where to put the logo (usually at a bookmark or in the first-page header) and where to find the graphic file. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
