I am having trouble with tables not keeping the formatting I've selected. To
be specific: I select a table, then select table properties, then select the 'row' tab. I uncheck the box that says 'allow row to break across page'. I click okay, then okay again to exit table properties. If I then go back into that same table, the box has rechecked itself. I'm getting sick and tired of having to constantly format my tables. I also wonder why the table ruler at the top of the page often just vanishes. I'll select a column, and before I can change the column width, the ruler disappears. I have to click again in the column, then select it again with the arrow, and hope I can get my cursor up to the ruler before the ruler disappears. What is going on? |
