If by sentence you mean paragraph, using EditReplace with
^p in the Find what control and b^pbr in the Replace with control will do it for all paragraphs in the document except the first. If you really mean sentences, then click More in the EditReplace dialog and check the Use wildcards box and in the Find what control insert (.[ ]{1,}) and in the Replace with control, insert br\1br -- Hope this helps.
