Perhaps you've turned the SHOW/HIDE button on. Click the SHOW/HIDE command
button on the Standard toolbar to toggle it off, it looks like a reversed letter P. If you can't find the command button do the following; click TOOLS in the menu and select OPTIONS. click the VIEW tab ans clear the check from the FORMATTING MARKS check box -- Kevin Backmann "Jim Wilsom" wrote: Morning, okay this issue is that I keep getting those annoying little boxes all the time now when I open any word document...any ideas on how to rectify this.. |
