You will need to use some VBA that makes use of the Outlook Object Model in
a similar fashion to the way that it is used in the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "nat4treasurer" wrote in message ... Hello, I'm trying to use the email merge function in word to send tailored emails to multiple reciepients at the same company. So ; would both be in the To: field. Each time I try to do this, however, the merge program reads this as one long email as opposed to separate emails and does not let me send the email. Is there a way around this??? (Anything! VBA or anything else??) Thanks, Gina |
