Default Track changes: quick way to Accept a change throughout the documen

I like to use the Compare function to review changes in a document (so there
is only one reviewer).

These changes typically consist of changing the company name about 50 times
and 5 other changes.

How can I accept those 50 changes quickly, so that I move through the
document and look atthe 5 other chanes?

We can Find and Replace all instances of a word. I wish I could do something
like that here!

Thank you.
