Check Tools, Templates and Addins and the check box for "Automatically update
document styles".

The whole problem happens when you open up a letter that was based on a
template other than the normal template. Even if you say Y to save the
template then redo the same thing the message pops up. There are 12
machines on site all running Word 2003 and the same service pack but it only
happens on 3 of the machines. All the machines are running XP.

Every time I close a document opened from a template I am Prompted to Save
Changes to the template. The User is using Word 2003. This does not happen
on another machine opening the same document and running the same version of
