I tend to write Prefaces to my editions in two columns, English and German.
If my text includes footnotes, the command 'next section (continuous)' forces a page break which is often undesirable. Any ideas? |

I use a similar two-column method when translating (source text in left column, target text in right column) and for the life of me I can't get footnotes to appear on the right page most of the time. I'm using Office XP Professional and Word 2002 by the way. -- Bob http://www.kanyak.com |

Thanks for your comment. The other posting had some help to offer, but it
does seem to be a problem! Michael "Opinicus" wrote: "Michael Procter, musician in Germany" soft.com wrote I tend to write Prefaces to my editions in two columns, English and German.
