Alternative text
You could use AutoTextList fields. See:
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFl...toTextList.htm -- Regards Lene Fredborg DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "GordonM" wrote: I would like to devlop a Word template that offers the user some alternative (one out of two possibilities) text to select, the result being that the unwanted text doesn't show up in the document. The user must select one of these, not both and not no text. Any ideas on how to do this? Thank you GordonM |
