Hi Suzanne,
First chance I have had to read your latest response. Thanks for the referral to the "modify style" information. It looks useful for future reference, even if it doesn't resolve the immediate problem which, as you suggest, is not very well defined. Anyway, I appreciate you staying with me through this series of exchanges and will now proceed with what I have. Thanks again. "Suzanne S. But since we have yet to establish what your printer really means, or in what format you intend to give him the document, I have no confidence that you are even heading in the right direction. -- Suzanne S. Sorry to be a nuisance, but your answers tend to take me part way and then leave the ending unrevealed. [You have potential as a mystery writer.] Any further explanation that you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks. "Suzanne S. I have been asked to change the complete manuscript - all text, not just photos - to black (or gray scale), so not sure if what you suggest will cover everything, but I'll give it a try. Appreciate your help. Cheers. "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: When you click on a picture, the Picture toolbar is displayed. The printers tell me that Word is set up with RGB as "the colour" and that I should change it to black. How can I do this please? I am using a version of Word that came with my Office 2000 suite. |
