Wordpad is a simple application. If you want word count, use Word.
-- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] ~~~~~ How to ask a question http://support.microsoft.com/KB/555375 "mike" wrote in message ... I send stuff to a work Outlook, and straight from Word, there's a space between every paragraph. I send from Wordpad, and spacing's find. But I use word count with 95 percent of what I send. I have to go to Yahoo for it to go in smoother. Yes, I know: cutnpaste and all. Just seems silly to have to do that. *Deep sigh* ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
