content of the document is the same for each person, but the name and some other information varies per person. How can I do this? thanks |

Are you creating the document to send to 800 people (mail merge - see
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm or http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm ) or are you creaeting a document template that 800 people can use, in which case investigate Autotext fields, IncludeText fields, document properties and the use of ini files to store user data. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org johanna wrote: Hi - I am trying to create a document for 800 difference individuals. Thank you sofor your response!! I am creating a evaluation booklet for a
conference. What I need to do is create an evaluation sheet for each speaker. Each evaluation will have fixed content, but at the top of the page I need to import specific information that I have in an excel spreadsheet: name, title of presentation, etc. "Graham Mayor" wrote: Are you creating the document to send to 800 people (mail merge - see http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm or http://www.gmayor.com/merge_labels_with_word_2007.htm ) or are you creaeting a document template that 800 people can use, in which case investigate Autotext fields, IncludeText fields, document properties and the use of ini files to store user data. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org johanna wrote: Hi - I am trying to create a document for 800 difference individuals.
