Default printing hyperlinks automatically

Thanks Graham,

the problem is that I do not want to make it to much manual-work, since the
employees will then work around it and will be copying the same combined
document and will not be looking for updates anymore.

This could not be done within Word?

Thanks again

I want a document that includes other documents (pdf and word) to be
printed at once.

The digital version may contain one document with hyperlinks, but must
include the linked documents , so that one can send it by mail to
someone from outside the server.

The printed version, I would like to use the hyperlinks to
automattically print the linked docuements in the order the
hypetlinks are repreented in the word file.

The reason I want to use hyperlinks is that the linked documents may
change with time, but I do not want to change the combined document.

Help would be highly appreciated!
