Tell the user to press ALT+F9
It's a toggle setting to display the fields and their results. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Gary wrote: I work the Help Desk at a university and have a user that is using Office 2007 Enterprise. She removed an existing hyperlink in Excel 2007 by right-clicking on it and removing it. The user is still able to create hyperlinks in Excel. She stated that after this happened that hyperlinks in Word now look like the following: {HYPERLINK "http://www.microsoft.com"} I do not know if the Excel issue has anything to do with what's happening in Word, but the user mentioned it to me so I figured I'd bring it up. I'd appreciate any help that can be offered in terms of dealing with how the hyperlinks are displaying so strangely in Word. |
