Forms toolbar
On the forms toolbar, is it possible to change the cross to a tick in the
check box form field. Or can a tick be an option the drop down form field? |

No. Forms checkboxes only work with an X. However, there are a number of
ways to create and use clickable checkboxes in documents / templates. Some require protected or locked forms, others do not. Some allow a check or tick mark rather than an X. Take a look at the Checkbox template available at http://www.addbalance.com/word/downl...#CheckboxAddIn for an exploration of these. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
