Can't view subsequent pages in a Word 2003 document.

I've never seen this personally, but it's been suggested in the newsgroups that Word sometimes gets confused about the columns setting, with this being the visible symptom. Try this: Go to Format Columns. Select one column, even if it's already selected, and click OK.
