Default Envelopes print in red, labels in black

Some printers - Lexmark for example - use a composite colour for printing
envelopes and will print odd colours if the printer cartridges are running
low or blocked. You could try formatting the Envelope Address Style to use
Black colour rather than Auto, or just check your print cartridges.

When I choose mailings in word 2007 and then envelopes, they print in
red even though the options specify black. When I choose labels they
print in black like it should. How can I make envelopes print in
black?

TIA
