Create a template as recommended by Stefan. Create a new blank form from it.
If you wish to collate the information from the returned forms see http://www.gmayor.com/ExtractDataFromForms.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Angel wrote: I have created one form, which needs to be distuributed amoung a group of people to fill in the blanks and check appropriate boxes. When I tried to do a test run by filling in the blanks on a one form then save it; then type over the same form with different information, I receive a duplicate of the same information from the first form. How do I stop this from happening? |
