How can I remove "" at start of lines in received email?

Default how do I remove ""

You can search for the character (and following space) and replace it with
nothing using the Replace dialog. Or, if all the lines have the same number
of quote characters, you can use column select (Alt+drag) to select them and
then press Delete.
