You would need to Cut the cover page from your mail merge main document,
then execute the merge to a new document and the with the selection at the top of that document, use Ctrl+V to paste back the cover page. This assumes that there are no merge fields on the cover page. If that is not the case, see the following page of fellow MVP Graham Mayors website: http://www.gmayor.com/ManyToOne.htm Or, for more complex, but in some respects more capable methods, see fellow MVP Macropod's "Word 97-2007 Catalogue/Directory Mailmerge Tutorial" at: http://www.wopr.com/index.php?showtopic=731107 or http://www.gmayor.com/Zips/Catalogue%20Mailmerge.zip Do read the tutorial before trying to use the mailmerge document included with it as you must get the mail merge main document set up exactly as required. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP, originally posted via msnews.microsoft.com "Jenna" wrote in message ... Hello, I would like to do a mail merge, but I wanted to have a coverpage that is not repeated. For example, I want a coverpage, then after that coverpage I will have a page that I want to mail merge (this is the page I want repeated). Everytime I press finish mail merge, my cover page is included and I dont want this to happen. Is this possible? Thanks, Jenna |
